Morgan Parker
As a speech pathologist, I specialize in infant feeding therapy and mentorship for new mothers. I prioritize responsive parenting practices to foster attachment and communication, as well as holistic well-being, to uncover the root cause of our struggles and proactively prevent further challenges. My practice honors each child's unique needs while valuing maternal well-being. My evidence-based strategies cover parenting practices, medical decisions, nutrition, child development, and more. As a mother myself and the founder of Rooted, I am inspired to empower mothers through their transformative journeys.
Dr. Adrian Oxman
As a licensed Clinical Psychologist, I specialize in perinatal mental health, parenting, and child development. I believe that my own parenting experiences enrich my therapeutic work, providing me with greater empathy and understanding for the children and families I serve. My mission is to support and empower families through their unique journeys. I am passionate about helping moms navigate the challenges of motherhood and parenting, processing the emotional content that arises and providing them with the research base and tools to thrive in this new role. I see clients 1:1 and host workshops and seminars on matrescence, motherhood, parenting, and child development.
Danielle Lacroix
I am a Pregnancy and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pre- and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and Certified Yoga Instructor, specializing in pre- and postnatal yoga. Through movement, corrective exercises, and breath work, I will help you reconnect with your body postpartum and build strength through motherhood. In our sessions, expect to smile, laugh, and wake up muscles and joints that may be tired from time spent taking care of your family. I am passionate about being in your corner and helping you realize what you can do, instead of fearing what you “cannot” do. I offer 1:1 sessions and group classes for all levels.
Danielle teaches Cuddle and Flow Yoga Tuesdays at 10:15.
Dr. Ashli Bottino
As a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health and orthopedics, I take a comprehensive, full-body, and holistic approach to my practice. My philosophy centers on empowering patients through education and movement, helping them to understand and heal their symptoms. I started Pelvic Power Physical Therapy because I witnessed firsthand the lack of support and guidance clients received with general pelvic health, during pregnancy, and postpartum. I’m passionate about supporting women from bump to baby and beyond. Physical therapy and movement can improve the majority of issues when prescribed correctly, and that is what I am here to do. My mission is to support you in realizing your incredible power within your body to heal and overcome pain while making sure you feel understood and supported. Dr. Ashli is seeing clients virtually and providing group support.
Nikki Byster
As a Somatic Healing Practitioner and Nervous System Educator, I specialize in guiding clients through healing chronic nervous system dysregulation and unresolved trauma. Drawing from my own journey of being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition at 25, I understand firsthand that healing extends beyond physical health. Through my work, I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, cultivating a felt sense of safety within, and gaining a deep awareness and understanding of their internal worlds. Now, as a mom, my healing has taken on a whole new meaning. The deeper I go in my healing, the more mentally, emotionally, and physically present and connected I am able to be with my daughter. I offer 1:1 coaching, Reiki/Energy Healing, and group workshops.
Magda Swioklo
Having struggled with anxiety all my life, I found that motherhood intensified it. Discovering yoga and establishing my practice brought me physical, mental, and spiritual relief. As my children grew, I began sharing my experience and knowledge with other women. I teach from experience and from the heart. My classes blend Energy Medicine Yoga, Ayurveda, Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and Himalayan Bowls Sound Healing. By calming your body and connecting with your breath, I support your inward journey, helping you better listen to and understand your body's needs. Your practice is personal, and I am honored to support you every step of the way. I also offer 1:1 sessions.
Magda teaches Cuddle and Flow on Thursdays at 12pm
