Classes and Events
Our classes and events are designed for moms. We offer a variety of baby-friendly classes so we can support you while you take care of your baby.
Take time for yourself and recharge amidst like-minded individuals, fostering your own well-being and inner peace.
We also have events for dads, partners, and the community too!
Childcare
Our childcare sessions support both you and your baby. Your baby will enjoy enriching activities focused on connection, communication, and movement. Think music class, but drop off!
Book sessions as needed for up to two hours a day. Enjoy our onsite services or be within a 5 minute phone call, knowing that your baby is well cared for.
Childcare exclusive to members but you can enjoy your first session without membership to make sure it is the right fit for your family.
