We require that mom stay for the child's entire first drop off session at Rooted to help them acclimate to the environment. If your child is having a difficult time adjusting, we may ask that you stay for consecutive sessions.

For all sessions, mom must be within a 5-minute phone call. We will call for emergencies or if baby is inconsolable - we do not allow extended crying.

Our childcare is for members only. We do not offer trial childcare sessions

We may cancel childcare if your child is sick or due to staffing issues. If we cancel, you’ll receive a makeup session. Makeup sessions are not offered for other reasons. We reserve the right to decline childcare for children exhibiting unsafe or disruptive behaviors

Mothers are able to comfort, feed, or see their baby at any point during the session

Late pick ups are not tolerated and will incur a fee

Payment must be made in advance to secure your child’s spot. If you are adding an additional hour, please do so online before the start of the session

All childcare sessions are nonrefundable. We understand things happen out of our control, however at this time we cannot accommodate make up sessions or cancellations
