Common Questions
Who is taking care of my baby?
Our playgroup leaders are moms themselves. They understand the importance of responsiveness to your baby's needs and have been well vetted by our team. Our playgroup leaders are trained in child development practices and are here to support you in any way they can!
What if my baby needs to nap or feed during a session?
We recommend trying your best to book around the times your baby may need to nap or feed. We understand though that no two days are the same! We will try our best to accommodate your baby's needs, however, if your baby is upset or needs to feed we will have to call you.
What age can my baby be?
Our childcare is for babies up to 24 months. We recommend childcare sessions start around 4 months or when you are most comfortable. Every baby is different!
What if I have two babies?
We do not offer a sibling program at this time. You will need to book a session for each baby :)
What is the 5-minute rule?
The 5-minute rule is dictated by childcare licensing laws of New Jersey. When you use our childcare program you must be within a 5-minute phone call if there is an emergency.
